Jay did an incredible job in selling our home.  His marketing blitz and professionally prepared photos and virtual tour were extremely impressive.  I am quite sure they are the reason why our home received an over-asking-price offer within a day of putting it on the market.  And this was in the Spring of 2008, when the real estate market had already suffered through several months of downturn.  Note that this quick sale was not the result of underpricing -- our home sold for more money and significantly faster than other homes that were on the market at the same time in the same neighborhood with the same floorplan.  It was an unbelievably great outcome for us.

Thank you and your team of professionals for never deviating for a moment in the sale and closure of our most prized possession, yes, our home at 699 Morse Street, San Jose, California. 

We interviewed a total of six agents.  Jay Dyer happened to be one of these individuals.

We met Jay on a Sunday "open house" he was hosting in the Rose Garden area of San Jose, California.  We watched and listened to Jay field dozens of questions and concerns prospective buyers had regarding the home for sale.  It became apparent that we could communicate with him.  Having seen Jay in action, Karen and I felt confident that Jay may be the agent for selling our home.

We set up an appointment with Jay at the home we planned to sell.  Right from the time Jay stepped into the house, to the time we listed the house with Intero, Jay focused on our objectives, needs, and time-line so as to sell our home at "maximum market value." 

Before listing our home, he provided us with a fifteen page Market Analysis stating clearly the value of our home in the California market.  Jay believed he would sell our home for between $755,000 to $850,000.

Jay's plan provided us with total confidence and understanding with his step-by-step strategies in the sale of our home.

Our home was placed on the market for $849,900.  Jay used a professional company to "stage" the house.  He also assisted with landscaping suggestions, set-up a virtual tour, installed two Intero signs in our front and side yards with colorful flyers, advertised each week in one to three local newspapers and on "open house" days he always placed between 25 to 30 A-Frame signs around the extended neighborhood to attract even more attention.

Jay never hesitated to have an open-house each weekend.  He also supplied the Intero advertisement boxes with an abundant amount of flyers for advertisement.  We never lacked for flyers, inside or out.  Jay exuded knowledge, control, confidence, and self-reliance when negotiating the offer we received at "full asking price."  His attention to detail made the Escrow signing a "breeze."  It was just that simple!  Self trust is the first secret of success and in my opinion, Jay's ability to form friendships and trust is one of the few absolute fundamental qualities of his success.  He'll be with you up to the end and keep you aware of all transactions as they happen, whether you're buying or selling a home.
